Rather fitting that on Feast of the Nativity of the Queen of Heaven and Earth, the longest reigning Queen of England should pass away.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Her son Prince Charles is now King of England and its Commonwealth. Long may he reign.

(By the way, despite being a committed Monarchist, I actually don’t follow British Royal family news and am not especially well acquainted with it. Make of that what you will, I suppose)

Queen of Heaven, pray for the late Queen, the present King, for England and England’s children nations (especially this one), and for the whole world.
